Even at a very young age, I have been blessed to be given opportunities and roles that require the accountability of making critical decisions for the company and its employees. The experience has also allowed me to live out my purpose of creating a positive impact on the lives of people – our employees and our customers.

I am grateful that I had been able to join AGSIP way back 2015. Through the internship, I had known of the Ayala Group’s empowering culture of leadership which I greatly appreciated. While I was still an undergraduate, I was able to conceptualize marketing strategies, implement campaigns and pitch new ideas to my supportive mentors. It was truly a valuable learning experience which helped me assess the knowledge and skills needed as I join the workforce. Now, I am employed at Ayala Malls Group and it has been 3 awesome years of victories and challenges where I continue to learn, grow and contribute to what I believe, a nationally relevant and sustainable company.
